A life-long healthcare worker, Mr. Bowers started Warren Family Recovery to aid in the mental health recovery of people in the state of Ohio. Mr. Bowers partnered with some of the most knowledgeable and credentialed therapists, practitioners, and physicians in the area to bring his vision to life. Not only is Mr. Bowers the only African American owner of a Mental Health Facility in Trumbull County Ohio, he is the Youngest Licensed Facility Operator in the State of Ohio. Mr. Bowers founded Warren Recovery Group In with his late Vice-President & Board Co-Chairman, Dr. Gerald Morgan.

Dr. Deborah Watson, Ph.D
LPCC-S, LICDC-CS
With over 40 years of experience in the Clinical Counseling Field, Dr. Watson brings the knowledge base for continued clinical support for clients and staff development in new clinical interventions for evidenced based practices to be introduced into the program with WFR. Auditing and regulating staff documentation, Dr. Watson ensures Staff are using the best practices consistent with WFR’s mission for clients success in the program.

Dr. JD LaBash
DO, ASAM
Board Certified and experience supervising over half a dozen hospital networks within the US, Dr. LaBash brings the knowledge base for implementing necessary polices and procedures for medical and clinical staff to perform care to clients at the highest level in any scenario that might arise in the clinical setting. From crisis to maintain and aftecare, with over 30 years experience Dr. LaBash has designed the program at WFR to meet all required guidelines a major Mental Health Facility would have for its programs.
